A lot of kitchen jobs start with the room itself: a wall coming out, a steel going in, or an extension built out into the garden. We do that part, then fit the kitchen and finish the room around it.
Because it's our own team throughout, the people who open up the wall are the same people who plaster and finish it.

We look at the room, the walls and what's behind them, and talk through what you want. The visit and the quote are free.

If a wall's coming out, we sort the steel and the building control. You get a clear quote.

The build
Our own team does the structural work and fits the kitchen. Clean and tidy, and you're kept up to date throughout.

The finish
Plastering, decorating and floors, so the room's ready to use.

What people ask us.
Do I need permission to knock through?
Taking out a wall that holds the house up needs building regulations approval, and a steel beam sized for the job. We arrange that as part of the work. Most knock-throughs inside a house don't need planning permission, but listed buildings do need consent.
Do you fit the kitchen as well?
Yes. We do the building work and fit the kitchen, then finish the room around it.
Can you build an extension for the kitchen?
Yes. Have a look at our house extensions page, or tell us about it in the planner and we'll come and see the house.

How much does a new kitchen cost?
It depends on what's involved: a straight swap, a knock-through or an extension. We'll come and see it for free, then give you a clear quote.
