What people ask us.
Do you do the whole house, or just some rooms?
Either. Some jobs are the whole house, top to bottom. Others are a floor or a few rooms. Tell us what you've got in mind and we'll take it from there.
Do I need planning permission?
Most work inside a house doesn't. Taking out a wall that holds the house up needs building regulations sign-off, and listed buildings need their own consent. We'll check what applies to yours when we visit.
Do you do the kitchen and bathroom too?
Yes. They're often part of a renovation, and we do them as part of the same job.
Who does the work?
Our own team, not subcontractors.
How much does a renovation cost?
It depends on the size of the house and how much needs doing. We'll come and see it for free, then give you a clear quote.
